Our Professional Service Fee Paid to ImmigrationPass
This is the fee for our time, guidance and support in understanding your situation and preparing your application. It is set by us, agreed with you in writing upfront, and never changes mid-matter without your consent.

Home Office Application Fee Paid to the Government
These are the government's own charges for processing your application. They are set by the Home Office, can change at any time without notice, and are payable directly to the government — never to us.

You Pay Home Office Fees Directly
Government application fees are always paid by you directly to the Home Office — never through us, and never as part of our fee.
Things We Want You to Know Before You Proceed
- No guaranteed outcomes. Our fee covers professional guidance and application support. All decisions rest solely with the Home Office, and approval can never be guaranteed by anyone.
- Third-party costs. Translation services, document certification, priority processing and tribunal fees (where relevant) are charged separately by third parties.
- Fee waivers. If you're eligible for a fee waiver, it covers the Home Office application fee only — our professional service fee remains payable in all cases.
- Rules and fees change. Immigration rules and Home Office fees can change at any time without notice. Always check gov.uk for the latest requirements.
- Refunds. Our refund policy is set out in our Terms & Conditions and will be shared with your written quote before you commit to anything.
